Conditions:

  • You have 14 days after cancellation to return the product

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging

Exceptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods

  • Original standard shipping costs will be reimbursed where applicable
